All the pictures in our store are taken of actual products.

If the selected specification is “in – stock as shown in the picture”, it means the finished product is already made, and what you see in the picture is what you get.

If the selected specification is “custom – made”, it means the in – stock items shown in the picture have been sold out. You can have it replicated according to the style in the picture. If you have personalized requirements, you can also communicate with our customer service. You can match the crystal colors according to your preferences. After confirming the basic color and crystal type, we will make it according to your requirements. After it is completed, we will take pictures for you to confirm the style before arranging delivery.

Natural crystal raw materials will have natural flaws, including black spots, micro – inclusions, etc. Glaze is a non – natural product and has no flaws. If you only care about appearance, you can choose glaze. Natural crystals need to be accepted with their imperfections.
